- Certified in Project Management

Their expertise includes SAP Test Management, UAT, Business Validation, SAP Transformation Delivery, Ariba and Source-to-Pay, with experience across retail, manufacturing and FMCG. They have led programme-level UAT and business validation activities and delivered projects through design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
They progressed from SAP Functional Consultant to SAP Test Manager, combining business process knowledge with technical expertise. Skilled in JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP ChaRM, Power BI, business readiness, stakeholder and risk management, they are collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused. They are passionate about SAP transformation and leadership within programme delivery and have supported large-scale, multi-country initiatives.
