They possess experience with maintenance orders, API integration, and functional analysis such as AS-IS/TO-BE assessments and requirements gathering. The candidate also holds formal SAP SD training and certification and has sector experience in railway infrastructure management.

As a Functional Analyst, they contributed to an innovative project integrating SAP PM with an external dashboard for predictive maintenance. They designed configuration changes, improved data alignment, and facilitated communication between business stakeholders and developers. With three years as a Business Analyst, the candidate is skilled in requirements engineering, process modelling, and stakeholder management. Known for their proactive and detail-oriented approach, they aim to deepen SAP PM expertise and expand into other modules, with a strong interest in S/4HANA transformations.
