- Further experience working with SAP MM & non-SAP environments including ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, SQL, etc...
- Agile & ITIL methodologist as well as S/4HANA experienced
- Master's degree held in Information Systems Management & Postgraduate degree held in Applied Informatics for Organizations
The candidate is an SAP SD Consultant with SAP S/4HANA support experience, specialising in Order-to-Cash processes, including sales, billing, customer master data, EDI, incident management and testing. They have provided L2 support for business-critical operations, resolved complex issues, contributed to functional specifications, and worked effectively with cross-functional teams.
They bring knowledge of SAP MM, ITIL v4, ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, SQL and R, and are completing a Master's degree in Information Systems Management. The candidate is proactive, analytical and collaborative, with strong communication skills, advanced English (C1) and international exposure. They are keen to expand their SAP S/4HANA expertise through implementation projects and progress towards a senior consulting role. Outside of work, they are involved in volunteering, scouting, community activities and technology.
