Their expertise covers organisational and process change, application implementations and upgrades, infrastructure roll-outs, data centre migrations, service delivery management, Agile coaching and Scrum. They have worked across the pharmaceutical, education and financial sectors, with extensive exposure to global infrastructures, data security, outsourcing and multi-vendor environments.
Key achievements include leading SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, managing implementation partners, recruiting and onboarding internal teams, and delivering outsourcing strategies, training and coaching initiatives. The candidate is analytical, collaborative and culturally aware, with strong planning, communication and organisational skills. They adopt a coaching leadership style, are proactive, flexible and results-driven, and focus on building trusted partnerships and high-performing teams.
