- Led teams of up to 100 people, managed SAP deployment in 29 countries over 200+ mining sites
- 1 SAP S/4HANA E2E full-lifecycle implementation project undertaken
- Senior leadership (CIO, CFO & COO) positions held as well as certified in Six Sigma Black Belt & PRINCE 2 Project Management
- MBA Held in Applied Economics
The candidate has extensive programme and project management experience across FMCG, manufacturing, mining and food retail. They have led large-scale ERP programmes, including a global deployment across 29 countries and approximately 200 sites. They bring strong expertise in programme leadership, ERP and implementation partner selection, change management and finance processes, supported by previous CFO experience.
They are result-oriented, self-motivating and people-focused, with strong C-level communication and experience managing large international teams of up to 100 people across 3 continents. They are hands-on and partnership-driven, with a preference for 6–24-month assignments. They also have experience advising on RFI/RFQ processes and ERP and implementation partner selection. Outside work, they enjoy sailing, biking, movies and music.
