SAP JOB VACANCY:
SAP HCM-PY (Czechia Payroll) Consultant

SAP HCM-PY (Czechia Payroll) Consultant - Czech or Slovak Speaking - 100% Remote. Start 27th October 2026. 12 Month Contract (plus extension).

Our client based in Czechia, requires an SAP HCM-Payroll Consultant with Czech localisation knowledge.

The start date is quite flexible and the client can wait for people who have a 1-2 month notice period.

Must Have Requirements:

• Strong SAP HCM Payroll experience
• Hands-on Czech Payroll Localization experience
• Strong knowledge of Czech Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types (WTG), and payroll configuration
• Good understanding of Gross-to-Net payroll processing
• Experience with Factoring, Average Processing, and payroll processing
• Knowledge of CZ payroll regulations and labor laws
• Experience in Czech Payroll implementation and support projects

Languages:

• Must be fluent in Czech (speaking, reading and writing).

Nice to have but not mandatory:

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC-Payroll (ECP) for Czechia is nice to have.

Work load:

• Earliest possible start date: asap
• Latest possible start date: 4th January 2027
• 12 month initial contract with the possibility of extension for a further 12 months.
• Full-time assignment - 5 days per week Monday - Friday
• 8 hours per day

Remote Work:

• 100% remote.
• No travel.
