SAP S/4HANA ABAP & Fiori Developer

SAP S/4HANA ABAP & Fiori Developer - English Speaking - Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite Porto, Portugal, 3 days/week remote - Permanent Job - Start Date: Q1 2027 - Salary up to €55,000/annum plus benefits - End Client.

Our end client is looking for an English-speaking SAP S/4HANA ABAP & Fiori developer to support and improve a central S/4HANA solution running finance, HR and business processes across multiple regions. The focus is BAU support, incident resolution, change delivery and continuous improvement.

You will work with functional consultants, solution architects, business stakeholders, key users and external partners across Europe.

Requirements

• SAP ABAP Development Experience
• SAP Fiori / UI5, preferably Fiori Elements experience
• ABAP OO, CDS Views, OData and SAP APIs
• S/4HANA architecture and modern extensibility approaches
• Troubleshooting, debugging and performance analysis
• Development that accounts for SAP authorisation concepts and role-based access controls
• Level 2/3 support and ITIL processes
• Fluent English

Nice-to-have:

• SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and troubleshoot ABAP applications, reports, interfaces and custom developments
• Design and develop Fiori / UI5 applications and Fiori Elements
• Work with CDS Views, OData services and APIs
• Manage incidents, changes and service requests to agreed priorities
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Run root-cause analysis on complex production issues
• Assess the technical impact of requested changes
• Build to S/4HANA clean core and extensibility principles
• Support testing, deployment and technical documentation
• Improve development standards across the S/4HANA landscape
