They have delivered large-scale projects supporting workforces of around 30,000 employees, achieving data load success rates exceeding 99.9%. Their experience spans the chemical, automotive, food manufacturing, utilities, media, retail and local government sectors.
The candidate combines technical expertise with an end-user background in HR and payroll, providing a strong understanding of business requirements and legacy HR and payroll systems. They are a hardworking, adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a transparent, business-focused approach. They are passionate about supporting clients through transformation programmes, delivering projects to scope, time and budget. Outside of work, they enjoy walking the dog and watching sports.
