- Strong expertise on Dutch Payroll
- Further experience with SAP ABAP and supporting tools and environments, including Azure, JIRA and TOPdesk
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery environments
- Certified in SAP HCM & SAP R/3 HR
The candidate has over 25 years of experience in SAP HCM and Payroll, including 20 years focused specifically on Dutch payroll. His core expertise covers Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Payroll, authorisations and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. He also has experience in configuration, customising, testing, application management and operational support.
He has worked in the public sector, non-profit organisations, healthcare, retail and engineering, and is accustomed to working in complex organisations with both technical and functional stakeholders. He also has experience in ABAP, application development, data processing and documentation, as well as tools such as JIRA, Azure and TOPdesk. He is recognised for his structured, analytical and meticulous approach and works well both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
