The candidate has over 20 years of continuous SAP/ERP delivery experience, including 2 end-to-end SAP lifecycles led as project/programme lead and specialist workstreams across 4 further global rollouts. They have deep functional expertise in PP, PP-PI, QM, MM, WM, PLM, Recipe Management and MES, with broader exposure across PM, EHS, SD, FI-CO, CRM and APO. They have hands-on S/4HANA exposure through a live Bluefield migration, S/4HANA sidecar architecture and SAP BTP/UI5.
The candidate’s core sector is food and beverage manufacturing, with additional manufacturing and life sciences experience. They have delivered complex international programmes, managed multiple concurrent implementations, led UAT and built global teams, whilst operating confidently from shop floor to board level. They are calm, structured and commercially aware, with experience in pre-sales, vendor management, training and governance. They favour fixed-scope, time-bound work and have a particular passion for food, nutrition and quality management.
