The candidate has extensive SAP EAM/PM experience, having led functional rollouts across more than 50 global entities, covering fit-gap analysis, requirements, design, deployment, cutover and hypercare. They have hands-on experience coordinating an ECC to S/4HANA conversion and integration with MM and QM in manufacturing and automotive. They have served as an SAP EAM Process Owner and established a consistent SAP EAM blueprint and functional location structure across the organisation and supported the successful S/4HANA introduction.
The candidate also brings expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, JIRA and DevOps, alongside Agile training. They communicate effectively across organisational levels and have strong educational skills, favouring simple, practical solutions. They aim to maximise SAP EAM/PM value through effective KPI follow-up and reporting, while enjoying hiking, travelling and spending time with their family.
