The candidate has over 15 years of experience as an SAP Programme Manager, completing 3 end-to-end SAP projects and 2 S/4HANA lifecycles. They specialise in complex S/4HANA transformations, including carve-outs, divestitures, migrations and multi-site rollouts. Their sector experience covers Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Oil & Gas and FMCG.
The candidate has led high-stakes cutovers, including a $13M programme using SNP CrystalBridge, and has SAP RISE experience. They are calm under pressure, detail-oriented and strong in stakeholder management, with zero P1 incidents across all go-lives and are particularly interested in cutover and go-live leadership for complex S/4HANA programmes. They are bilingual in English and German, with interests in vineyards, astrophotography and classic cars.
