The candidate has over 20 years of SAP integration leadership experience, completing 6 full end-to-end SAP lifecycles, including 2 S/4HANA programmes. They have delivered 300+ business-critical interfaces and bring deep expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI, PI/PO, Data Intelligence, Event Mesh and API-led architecture. The candidate combines strong technical architecture with delivery leadership, leading teams of up to 30 people and consistently delivering on time with zero-defect releases.
The candidate is proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented and calm under pressure, with strong stakeholder management and mentoring skills. They have led complex migrations, enterprise integration programmes and reusable data-quality and integration frameworks across multiple industries. The candidate aims to lead enterprise-wide SAP BTP strategy, drive innovation through modern architectures and accelerators, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver measurable business value. Outside of work, they enjoy watching sports and spending time with family.
