The candidate has solid experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant, supporting end-to-end financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, bank accounting, reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing. They have strong expertise in FI integration with CO, MM and SD, financial process optimisation, reporting, tax configuration, payment processing, testing, incident resolution and user support. They have also worked with ABAP debugging, SAP Fiori, authorisations and functional documentation.
They have experience across project and support environments, translating business requirements into SAP solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They have contributed to process improvements, system stability and continuous service enhancement, while providing user training and functional guidance. Their background also includes IT operations, ITIL-based service management, incident, problem and change management, documentation and workflow optimisation.
