- Multiple SAP E2E full-lifecycle implementation projects undertaken including Greenfield & S/4HANA experienced
- Experience in Prince2, Waterfall, Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Certified in ISTQB Tester Foundation Level, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Prince2 Foundation, ITIL Service Strategy & ITIL Foundation v3
- Master's degree held in International Studies
The candidate has delivered multiple full end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including S/4HANA experience. They specialise in SAP Release, Change and Operations Management across luxury retail and jewellery, mining, financial services and telecommunications. They have designed and rolled out Change, Release, Incident, Request and Problem Management processes and acted as an SAP BAU support manager.
The candidate has improved SAP release and project management processes, including ChaRM transport and system availability management. They have planned releases and technical cutovers, validated Fieldglass release content and testing before and during cutovers, and managed testing. They also led Fieldglass implementation across 8 subsidiaries and have experience with CRM, SCM, Production Planning, cALM, Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
