- Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Data Foundations & ITIL Foundation
- 2x Postgraduate degree held in Hospitality Administration & Management and Industry Management & Licentiate degree held in Business Administration & Management
The candidate has delivered multiple end-to-end SAP projects, typically 2–3 deployments annually, covering FI/CO, MM, SD, BI/BW, GRC, T&E, Time and related areas. They have led global SAP rollouts across 40+ countries supporting 40,000+ users, with strong Finance configuration experience and broader enterprise applications exposure. Their sector experience spans Media and Advertising, alongside SAP consulting work with Manufacturing organisations.
The candidate has established global support, Hypercare and ITSM capabilities, and led Ariba, Concur, Workday, Oracle and AI initiatives. They are a trusted, empathetic leader focused on transformation, innovation, knowledge sharing and building high-performing teams.
