The candidate has experience in 1 SAP project lifecycle and 1 SAP S/4HANA lifecycle, with 2.5 years of SAP experience focused on Spanish Payroll. They have handled customer requirements, legacy-to-SAP data migration using LSMW, payroll rules and functions, client master data, CLAs, KPIs, legal reporting and payroll issue resolution. They have also worked with CRA, SILTRA, FIE, 111 and 190 reports, including GL posting to accounting, alongside project and team management experience.
The candidate is calm, empathetic and collaborative, with strengths in negotiation, conflict resolution and team building.
