They have consistently met or exceeded business readiness and adoption targets.
The candidate has delivered complex SAP transformations across multiple markets, including programmes affecting 220 employees and 250 users. They combine senior stakeholder coaching with expertise in Salesforce, AI automation, Prosci ADKAR, SAFe and PRINCE2. They seek senior change or transformation roles on major SAP programmes, focusing on business readiness, adoption and value realisation.
