The candidate has delivered 3 full SAP project lifecycles, including 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes covering design, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. Their expertise lies in project management, PMO, change management, business readiness, deployment and business cutover leadership, with strong experience across supply chain, logistics, warehousing and manufacturing environments.
The candidate brings 17 years’ experience in supply chain, operational leadership and digital transformation. They successfully led a 450-user SAP S/4HANA cutover within a major defence rollout, achieving a stable go-live with minimal critical issues. Known for a structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach, they excel at stakeholder engagement and bridging business and technology. They hold SAP Activate and Business Transformation certifications and are fluent in French, English and Spanish.
