- Certified in SAFe 6 Agilist and SAFe 5 Practitioner
- Master's Degree held in Economics and Business Administration
The candidate has extensive SAP experience across HCM, integrations, M&A and AI, with exposure to multiple end-to-end SAP project life cycles and significant S/4HANA HR programmes. They delivered the full SuccessFactors suite across 13 modules, 35+ countries and 100,000 employees, and delivered the first HR Digital Assistant leveraging AI. Their sector experience includes banking, telecommunications, and business consulting and services.
The candidate brings four years of AI experience with direct C-level engagement and has managed 14 FTE solution architects, enabling a 150+ FTE delivery centre and end-to-end delivery across 50 systems. They are an enthusiastic team builder and enabler, with two Agile SAFe certifications. They are passionate about investing, trading and new technologies, and seek remote opportunities with limited business travel. Outside of work, they enjoy travelling, hiking, biking, swimming, and gardening.
