Key achievements include leading the recovery and successful delivery of a major enterprise data transformation programme that had previously encountered significant challenges, with results recognised at board level. They have also built and led global master data management capabilities for a large multinational organisation, driving process automation, improving data quality, and accelerating time-to-market through operational excellence and governance improvements.
The candidate is decisive, fact-based and execution-focused, leading by example to deliver measurable complexity reduction and sustainable enterprise value. Their differentiator lies in bridging legacy data landscapes to governed, AI-ready SAP-based architectures. They led the architectural transition from a Microsoft Fabric approach to a SAP data stack including BTP, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and data products built on a BDC architecture.
