The candidate is a Digital Transformation and Turnaround Director with over 25 years of experience guiding complex organisations and large-scale programmes from stalled or fragmented states back to delivery. They combine strategic, board-level thinking with hands-on delivery, and have worked across manufacturing, B2B trade and technology, including global matrix and private-equity-backed environments. Key achievements include the successful turnaround of an end-to-end PIM–ERP transformation that had failed under successive previous leaders, confirmed in a written board-level reference. Earlier, across 14 years at a global communications corporation, they built and led a 100+ FTE global product data organisation as end-to-end MDM process owner, automating export-control classification at Six Sigma data quality and reducing time-to-market by up to 12 weeks.

The candidate is decisive, fact-based and execution-focused, leading by example to deliver measurable complexity reduction and sustainable enterprise value. Their differentiator lies in bridging legacy data landscapes to governed, AI-ready SAP-based architectures. They led the architectural transition from a Microsoft Fabric approach to a SAP data stack including BTP, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and data products built on a BDC architecture. Their experience spans the full value chain across master data management, PIM, PLM and ERP, with a consistent focus on complexity reduction, data governance and enabling scalable, data-driven transformation outcomes.
