- Executive MBA and Master's degree held in Information Management
The candidate has led multiple end-to-end SAP programmes, including 3 SAP S/4HANA lifecycles, with expertise delivering complex, multi-country ERP transformations across energy, utilities, FMCG and aviation. They specialise in SAP Finance transformation, programme leadership, post-merger integration, AI-enabled finance transformation and executive stakeholder management, with experience spanning all major SAP modules. Their achievements include leading a €40m SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation across 29 legal entities in eight countries and delivering significant operational and financial benefits.
They bring strong expertise in programme governance, system integrator management, SOX compliance and board-level engagement, supported by an Executive MBA. Delivery-focused, transparent and pragmatic, they lead through respect while constructively challenging stakeholders where required. They are seeking director-level Finance Transformation and ERP leadership roles across Western Europe, with a particular interest in strategically complex, AI-enabled transformation programmes. Outside of work, they enjoy running and cycling.
