The candidate specialises in SAP HCM, with training in implementation, configuration, payroll schemas, PCR, work schedule rules and master data management. They support interface automation, Workday and Oracle integrations, file processing, troubleshooting and S/4HANA transition activities. As part of a technically advanced team, they contribute to EMEA-wide interfaces, automated processing and client-specific development projects, while providing clear technical guidance to client-facing colleagues.
The candidate is analytical, collaborative and detail-oriented, with a diligent, adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving. They are committed to broadening their SAP expertise through additional modules, ABAP coding and debugging, while continuing their professional development.
