- SAP FI, CO and PPM Key User experience
- Experience working with non-SAP environments including Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc...
- SAP Activate, Prince2, SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban, PMI, ITIL & Kaizen methodologist
- Certified in PRINCE2, SCRUM Master (PSM I), SAFe, Google Agile PM, Program Management and IT Budget & Project Controlling
The candidate has completed 5 full end-to-end SAP project life cycles, including 2 S/4HANA projects. They specialise in SAP PMO and SAP Activate, with key-user experience in FI, CO and PPM. As a Senior SAP PMO/PMO Lead, they have built PMO structures, managed governance, RAID logs, steering committees and cross-workstream dependencies across multi-million-euro SAP transformations. Their sector experience includes automotive, banking, energy, medical technology, chemicals, logistics and transportation, rail technology and defence.
The candidate also brings expertise in large-scale IT infrastructure, carve-outs, cybersecurity and software implementations. They are highly autonomous, proactive and ownership-driven, with experience across DACH, Benelux and international organisations. They offer financial controlling expertise covering budgets, cost allocation and business cases, alongside developing skills in AI agent tools and Tableau. They aim to continue as an independent SAP PMO/PMO Lead across Europe, primarily working remotely. Outside of work, they enjoy playing tennis, gym, and hiking.
