- Certified in Project Management Professional as well as Waterfall & Agile methodologist
- Postgraduate Diploma held in Hospitality Management
The candidate has led transition and testing workstreams across large-scale, multi-country SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors programmes, completing full end-to-end HR and Payroll implementation life cycles in France (2), Turkey (2), Switzerland (2) and Spain. They specialise in Project Management, Service Transition and Test Management, with expertise in SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, HRIS integrations, SIT, UAT, parallel testing and operational readiness.
They have led international transformation programmes, established test frameworks, coached teams and managed stakeholders, vendors, budgets and governance. They are highly organised, analytical, collaborative, solution-oriented and accountable. Their career interests include international HR and Payroll transformations, integrations, service transitions and project recovery.
