They specialise in functional delivery, Project Management, Service Transition and Test Management, covering SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, integrations, testing and operational readiness.
The candidate has led international transformation programmes, established test frameworks, coached teams and managed stakeholders, vendors, budgets and governance that increased team capacity by 75%. They are structured, analytical and collaborative, with experience in project recovery, PMO, risk and change control, and seek international HR and Payroll transformation assignments. Outside of work, they enjoy family time, reading, dancing and travelling.
