- Further experience working with non-SAP environments including JIRA, Service Now, Oracle, SalesForce, etc...
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors (PM/GM, RCM and RMK)
- Master's degree held in Applied Foreign Languages
The candidate has completed 6 full end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, with expertise in SuccessFactors Performance Management, Goal Management, Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing. They also have good knowledge of Employee Central and basic knowledge of Time Off Management, with experience across media, energy, shipping, humanitarian, industrial, pharmaceutical, banking, luxury, hospitality and finance sectors. They have contributed to all implementation phases, including functional workshops, solution selection, documentation, testing, vendor coordination, global roll-outs, training and user support.
The candidate has experience with XML and HTML and is described as a fast learner and a positive team worker. They aim to gain Time Off Management and Succession Management certifications. Their career interests centre on expanding their SuccessFactors expertise and supporting effective solution delivery.
