- 4+ years SAP experience specialising in SAP HCM including:
- HCM-PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll-related processes
- Customising and ABAP (debugging) experience
- Further experience working with SAP & non-SAP environments including:
- SAP SuccessFactors EC, Fiori, CPI, etc...
- Python, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, MATLAB, R, etc...
- SAP E2E full-lifecycle implementation project & S/4HANA experienced
- Master's degree held in Computer Engineering
The candidate has completed 1 full end-to-end SAP ECC 6.0 project lifecycle, including SuccessFactors EC–SAP HCM replication, testing, Go-Live and post-Go-Live support. They currently work in global Level 2 SAP S/4HANA HCM support, managing incidents and changes through analysis, customising, testing and production deployment. Their expertise includes SAP HCM PA/OM, Time Management, SuccessFactors EC, BIB, ABAP debugging, interfaces, Fiori and payroll-related processes.
The candidate has experience across global energy, oil and gas services and engineering environments, including SAP training and technical troubleshooting. They also have expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering and Python, supported by a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and two AI publications. They aim to deepen their SAP HCM and SuccessFactors expertise while combining SAP with automation and AI, and enjoying tennis and football.
