- Master's degree held in Human Resources Management
The candidate has 5 full end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, with extensive international experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation. They specialise in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation and Variable Pay, alongside SAP HR, integrations, HR data, global HR Core Models and governance. They have led global HRIS strategy, governance and deployments across multiple regions and complex environments.
They are strategic, pragmatic and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills. They aim to progress into HR Technology Director or Global HRIS Director roles, focusing on HR transformation, SuccessFactors, HR data and analytics, AI for HR and digital employee experience. Outside work, they enjoy travel, technology and innovation, sport and discovering new cultures.
