- SAP SD, MM, WM, LE, MM, PP/PE, PP/PI, PS, PM, FICO, QM, ECM, etc...
- Salesforce, Config-It, Windchill, etc...
- Proficient in Train the Trainer and training content creation software such as EnableNow, UPerform, TeamTrainer, etc...
- Multiple SAP E2E full-lifecycle implementation projects undertaken including S/4HANA
- Waterfall and Agile methodologist
- Certified in DDI Facilitator & Change Management
- Master's degree held in International Business and Psychology
The candidate has completed 6 full end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, including Change Management and Training Planning from the Blueprinting phase through to training development and delivery. They have also delivered over 20 SAP Change Management and Training projects that began after Blueprinting or development. They have completed 1 full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA lifecycle and experience across chemical and pharmaceutical, food, mechanical engineering, automotive and services sectors.
The candidate brings over 25 years of SAP experience, with strong adaptability and a proven ability to build knowledge across projects. They are highly proficient in SAP training content tools, including EnableNow, UPerform and TeamTrainer, as well as Articulate, iSpring, Microsoft Office and Teams, with Train the Trainer and DDI Management Skills certifications. They aim to continue delivering SAP training projects until retirement and are confident in their ability to deliver high-quality results.
