The candidate has experience in SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and SAP ECC (HCM), with a strong focus on Employee Central, onboarding, performance management, time management, payroll, and organisational management modules. They have contributed to global HR transformations, delivering full-cycle implementations for payroll and SuccessFactors, while configuring workflows for leave management and appraisals. Although they have not yet worked on SAP S/4HANA, their experience in SAP HCM has been significant in driving HR solutions across various organisations.
