  • Multiple SAP E2E full-lifecycle implementation projects undertaken including S/4HANA
  • Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, ADKAR, ASAP & BTMM methodologist
  • SC Cleared (UKSV 2024)
  • Certified in SAP Trainer - Business Transformation Management, SAP Business Process Expert, Change Manager & Registered Work and Organisation Psychologist
  • Doctorate's degree held in Leadership, Performance and Change, 3x Master's degree held in Security and Intelligence Studies, Strategy and Organizational Behaviour & Research Psychology

The candidate has worked on numerous large-scale SAP programmes, leading change management or quality assurance efforts. They have been involved in multiple full SAP S/4HANA project life cycles, specialising in organisational change management, including communications, training, target operating model and interim organisation model development, business readiness, benefits realisation, UAT, UX, role mapping, as well as CMO and PMO functions such as stage gates, governance, and sponsor management. Their industry experience spans banking, machinery, financial services, food and beverage, insurance, wholesale building materials, and mining sectors.

With a proven track record across 37 countries and over 25 full ERP implementations including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, the candidate demonstrates strong expertise in business and operating model redesign, stakeholder engagement, and change impact management. They also bring experience in leadership development, mentoring, and accelerated learning interventions. A former VP-level HR leader and chartered occupational psychologist, the candidate is culturally adept, multilingual, and excels at coaching and building change capacity. Outside work, they enjoy karate, travel, and raising teenage children.
