They possess strong expertise in SAP SD, covering pre-sales, order management, delivery, shipment, invoicing, master data configuration, and customised pricing, as well as SAP MM and ABAP, with skills in debugging, reporting, pricing routines, and user exits. Additionally, they have led SAP archiving projects and contributed across various industries such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, mining, and manufacturing. The candidate has managed over 80,000 hours of client work, led global teams of 50+ members, and ensured successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

They have also demonstrated leadership in SAP support, founding and growing an SD support team from six to over fifty members and authoring key process documentation and problem management frameworks. Skilled in project management, the candidate led six projects from blueprint to go-live, is ITIL certified, and proficient in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps. Their international experience spans Asia, the Americas, and Europe, enabling effective collaboration with culturally diverse teams. Outside of work, they engage in charitable and youth leadership roles, highlighting strong communication and organisational skills.
