With a strong background in SAP Basis and Technical Architecture, they have worked extensively on Azure and AWS hyperscalers, gaining broad expertise across functional and development areas. They also bring experience as a SAP Delivery Manager, leading offshore teams, managing budgets, stakeholders, SLAs, and customer satisfaction. Their key accomplishments include architecting HA/DR with zero defects, delivering a complex Opentext upgrade without prior experience, and proactively designing an SSO solution to improve user experience.
